My name is Cierra Porter and I am the owner of Poised Perfection Dance Company and the coach of Poised Perfection Dance Team. At twenty years old I have been dancing for over 16 years, and competing for over 10 years. I am a college student currently pursuing a 

degree in business management. 

 

Poised Perfection Dance Company is an organization focused on the betterment of the youth in the Milwaukee, WI area. Poised Perfection Dance Team is a Hip-Hop majorette competitive dance team ranging from the ages of five to eighteen. When not competing, dancers perform in events and volunteer all around the Wisconsin area. Valuing 

commitment, integrity, and most importantly respect all dancers are expected to behave as young ladies and gentlemen at all times. We are currently accepting dancers, and no experience is required. For more
